Refund Conditions:

  1. Time Frame: All items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days of receiving the item. After 10 days, the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  2. Item Condition: a. Size Issues: If you find that the t-shirt you ordered doesn't fit as expected, you can request a full refund or a replacement. b. Defective Items: If there's a defect with the product you received, we'll offer a full refund or a replacement, as per your choice.

  3. Refund Process: a. Full Refund: If you choose to opt for a full refund, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. b. Replacement: If you choose a replacement, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  2. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with any additional information you might need.

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement will depend on your card issuer's policies.
